We are Clint and Megan Mannors and we established Crystal Clear Pools as a family business on the Sunshine Coast three years ago. We have always worked hard to provide something that we felt was lacking in industry’s service.

During this time we have installed many pools and turned numerous backyards into aquatic playgrounds. Rather than just installing pools we wanted to offer a service that would make the customers dreams easier to achieve- a total concept. This way customers who needed or wanted paving, decking, fencing and pool heating would be communicating with only one company and not several different companies. We wanted to save time for people with an already busy schedule. So let us do all the hard work for you.

It means our customers deal with the same workers from start to finish, making the job more personal and putting families at ease with the fact that there are not different companies’ workers roaming around their property dealing with the various tasks.

Crystal Clear Pools comprises of six staff members who have been with us from day one. The team consists of Clint, Megan, Brad, Rod, Chris and Matt. Clint is the brains when it comes to transforming our customers’ backyards. In charge of the boys, managing the site, our quotes and head pool installer. With all of this he still makes time to be a loving father and partner.

Brad is our pool installer and does any other work that has to be done. Chris is Brad’s right hand man, installing, completing other works and landscaping.

Rod does all of our pool copings along with paving, decking and fencing. Rod prides himself on perfection and jobs look fantastic once completed. Matt is Rod’s right hand man and is shuffled around to do other jobs when needed. Because we have trained our team in all areas of the job; this gives Crystal Clear Pools the freedom to move staff wherever they are required to complete jobs.

Megan manages the office side of things. Doing all the accounts, marketing, advertising and trying to meet the needs of all of our customers and staff( and family).

All of the products that we use come from superior suppliers giving us and the customer a quality finish to their aquatic playground or backyard resort.
